Prana Lodge in collaboration with Feel Gr8 will host a wellness day within the first week of each month on a Saturday from 9am to 3pm. The focus of these wellness days will be meditation, yoga, pampering spa treatments, Tai Chi Chi Kung, walking the Labyrinth and of course a wonderful healthy lunch with fresh herbs and vegetable picked out of the Prana Herb Garden!
