Before starting with the personalized program, Liza will do the first assessment which consist of:

  • Gather personal information
  • Go through health history and current medical status
  • Discuss injury profile and current fitness level
  • Set your personal goals
  • Discuss exercise preferences & training overview
  • Schedule sessions
  • Discuss your current diet and eating habits
  • Take measurements and BMI

What can be expected from the fitness coach?

Liza will plan your weekly personalized exercise program that suits your needs for you to do at your home.

As getting into shape is 70% diet and 30% training she will give you guidelines for a healthier diet and nutritional advice.

She will contact you daily to confirm that you have been following the program.

She comes to your house for an hour session weekly.
